• In-Home Tuning & Final Prep – your piano will be delivered in tune. Then, we will follow a few weeks later to provide your in-home tuning. At the same time, we will make any necessary adjustments and make sure your piano is adjusting properly to its new home.
• The “You Can’t Lose” Trade-up Guarantee – if you decide to upgrade your piano later, we’ll apply the purchase price of your first piano toward your new piano.
